For the second consecutive year, Miami Barber Institute is honored to partner with DJ M DOT and The Dotted Line Foundation in support of their annual Back 2 School Block Party, continuing a shared commitment to serving South Florida families through education, community engagement, and professional service.

Following the success of last year’s event, The Dotted Line Foundation invited Miami Barber Institute to once again provide complimentary haircuts for students and families, reinforcing a partnership built on trust, service, and a shared mission to give back to the community.

On Saturday, August 8, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Miami Barber Institute students and instructors will volunteer their time and professional skills at the Back 2 School Block Party, hosted by DJ M DOT, Official DJ of the Miami Heat, in partnership with The Dotted Line Foundation and Pines Ford Lincoln. The event will take place at 8655 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, Florida, where hundreds of local families are expected to gather for an afternoon of free resources, entertainment, and community celebration.

A Growing Community Partnership

Returning for a second consecutive year is more than participating in another event, it reflects a growing partnership between Miami Barber Institute and The Dotted Line Foundation based on a common goal: supporting South Florida families and investing in the next generation.

The Back 2 School Block Party has become one of the area’s signature community outreach initiatives, bringing together nonprofit organizations, local businesses, volunteers, and community leaders to ensure students begin the school year with confidence and the resources they need to succeed.
