Miami Barber Institute’s Free Haircuts Program is part of the institution’s educational curriculum and supervised hands on training requirements. The program is designed to provide students with practical experience while offering complimentary haircut services to the community.

All services are performed by students under instructor supervision within an academic training environment. Miami Barber Institute is a licensed educational institution and not a commercial barbershop.

Services provided through the Free Haircuts Program are rendered completely free of charge. No commercial activity, independent transactions, payments, tips, donations, reservations, appointments, waiting lists, or private barber services are permitted between students, instructors, and guests anywhere on school premises.

Miami Barber Institute does not authorize students or instructors to independently charge guests, request compensation, promote private barbering services, or use the institution’s name, address, facilities, or training program for personal commercial activity.

The Free Haircuts Program operates on a first come, first served basis only. Guests are attended by the next available student participating in the instructional rotation at the time of arrival.

Guests requesting services through the Free Haircuts Program acknowledge and understand that:

• Services are performed by students in training
• Service times may vary depending on instructional needs
• Specific haircut outcomes cannot be guaranteed
• Wait times may vary based on student availability and classroom activities
• Students may require instructor guidance or correction during services
• Certain services may be limited based on curriculum requirements or instructor discretion

Before receiving services, all guests are required to complete and sign the institution’s liability release and acknowledgment form. Guests who decline to sign the required documentation will not be eligible to receive services through the program.

Miami Barber Institute reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at its discretion in order to maintain safety, professionalism, sanitation standards, operational procedures, and an appropriate educational environment.
