MBI Shares Free Public Services Day
for District 10 Residents
As part of our ongoing commitment to civic engagement, Miami Barber Institute is proud to share an important initiative organized by Miami-Dade County District 10.
On Monday, July 14, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, residents are invited to attend a Free Public Services Day at the Westchester Regional Library. This one-day event offers direct access to essential government services—all free of charge and in one central location.
Available services include:
- DMV support: ID cards, driver’s license renewals and reinstatements
- Car registration and handicap permit renewals
- Voter registration (Elections Department)
- Court assistance, civil filings, and certified court documents
- Criminal record expungement support
- Marriage licenses, divorce judgments, and public record copies
- Passport applications and organ donor updates
- Animal services and more
The event is organized by the office of Commissioner Anthony Rodriguez and is open to all District 10 residents.
At MBI, we believe in extending our support beyond the classroom. Supporting our community through awareness and access is part of how we prepare our students—not only as professionals but as informed members of society.
We encourage all students, alumni, and families to attend—and to share this opportunity with friends and neighbors who may benefit.
