OBJECTIVE
Our Restricted Barber Program aims to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills required to obtain a Restricted Barber license. It sets them on the path toward an enriching future in this field.
DESCRIPTION
This comprehensive barber course offers a dive into the art of barbering by combining engaging lectures with hands-on practical experience.
Embark on an enriching educational journey. Our comprehensive curriculum covers a range of topics, including Florida laws and regulations, sanitation practices, sterilization techniques, the structure of hair and the art of hair-cutting. Students will also master the skills of shaving and beard/mustache trimming. Upon completing this program, students will be fully eligible to take the Florida Restricted Barber licensure exam.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Equipped with the skills acquired through this program, students can explore rewarding career paths. These include becoming a barber owner or manager, showcasing their talent as a platform artist or product representative, or even pursuing a role as an educator.
INSTRUCTIONAL METHODS
Our program offers a rounded learning experience that blends lectures with practical demonstrations and active student participation. We enhance our curriculum by inviting guest speakers, utilizing aids, conducting seminars, and employing engaging instructional techniques.
DIPLOMA
Upon completing all program requirements and fulfilling obligations with our institution (provided they pass the final examination), students will proudly receive a diploma.

Morning Class Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Length: 24 weeks
Evening Class Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday
- 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Length: 30 weeks
